    We offer free standard shipping for orders totalling $150 CAD or more within Canada and the United States.

  5. Delayed Deliveries:
    While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occasionally occur. At Canines Caffeine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

    We offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the return process.

    For returns within the first 10 days from the date of delivery, we provide free return shipping. After the initial 10 days, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
     

  4. Return Condition:
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, we must receive the items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
     

  5. Refund or Exchange Options:
    Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund, exchange the item for another size or color (subject to availability), or provide you with store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
     

  6. Gift Returns:
